Privacy Policy

Last updated June 2026 · Template language — have counsel review before launch.

LowestMortgage.com (the “Site”), operated by TalentGroup, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”), is an advertising-supported online marketplace and lead-referral service that connects consumers with mortgage brokers, lenders, and related providers. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you provide. Contact details (name, email, phone, address), loan and property details, and the preferences you submit through our forms.

Information collected automatically. Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

Approximate location. Derived from your IP address or the ZIP/state you enter.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. We use Google Analytics to understand site usage and Google AdSense and other partners to serve ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of third-party vendor cookies at optout.aboutads.info. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.

How we use information

To match you with brokers and lenders, respond to your requests, operate and improve the Site, perform analytics, serve and measure advertising, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

When you submit a request, we share it with one or more participating brokers, lenders, or partners who may contact you about your inquiry. We also share information with service providers (hosting, database, analytics, advertising, email) acting on our behalf, and as required by law or to protect our rights. Because our referral of your information to brokers and lenders may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under some state laws, California residents should review our CCPA Notice.

Communications & consent (TCPA)

By submitting a request, you consent to be contacted by one or more participating brokers or lenders (and their partners) at the phone number and email you provide — including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages — about your inquiry, even if your number is on a do-not-call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and message/data rates may apply. You can opt out of contact at any time.

Data retention & security

We retain personal information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Your choices & rights

You may opt out of contact, request access to or deletion of your information, and exercise applicable state-law rights by contacting us. California residents have additional rights described in our CCPA Notice.

Changes & contact

We may update this Policy and will revise the date above. Questions or privacy requests? Use our contact page.
